Research Interests：Ultra-precision machining technology, with theoretical research and technological innovations in areas such as ultra-precision grinding of multilayer thin-film structures at the nanoscale, ultra-precision machining of complex curved surfaces and surface micro/nano structures, as well as post-processing polishing of 3D-printed parts.
