Responsible for Party building, faculty recruitment, external exchanges and research cooperation of the joint school, including: development of the faculty team, external communication and joint education programs, operation of the Joint Management Committee, organization of the Silk Road University Alliance Design Sub-Alliance, and construction of academic and research platforms for the two universities.
