Following student applications, institutional qualification review and expert evaluation, a total of 36 students have been selected as proposed recipients for the first batch of 2026 overseas (cross-border) exchange funding of XJTU-POLIMI Joint School. The detailed list is attached in the annex.
Upon completion of overseas exchange programs, XJTU-POLIMI Joint School will organize post-return assessment and defense. Final funding eligibility and corresponding funding levels will be determined based on assessment performance.
Funding eligibility is valid for one year. Students who do not undertake their overseas exchange within the validity period shall forfeit the funding. During the validity period, students shall not apply for additional funding for the same type of exchange program. To be eligible for final reimbursement of relevant expenses, students must strictly comply with the regulations of the University and the Joint School and follow relevant administrative requirements.
