In accordance with the 2026 Implementation Plan for Intra-School Undergraduate Major Transfer, XJTU-POLIMI Joint School hereby announces the detailed arrangements for written tests and interviews.
Ⅰ. Written Test Arrangements
1. Electrical Engineering and Automation:
15:00–17:30, July 22, Room 1200, No.2 Teaching Building, Xingqing Campus.
The school will arrange inter-campus shuttle buses, and detailed arrangements will be posted in the official WeChat group.
2. Industrial Design: 08:30–11:45, July 23, Room 6007, No.3 Teaching Building, Innovation Harbour Campus, including Advanced Mathematics (08:30–10:30) and English (10:45–11:45).
Ⅱ. Exam Regulations
1. All candidates shall arrive at the examination venue 30 minutes in advance with valid student ID or campus card for seat checking. No separate individual reminders will be delivered.
2. Only signature pens and erasers are permitted in the examination room. Mobile phones, electronic storage devices and review materials are strictly prohibited.
3. All candidates must strictly abide by university examination disciplines and follow invigilators’ instructions.
Ⅲ. Interview Arrangements
1. The specific time and venue of interviews will be exclusively announced in the official WeChat group, with no separate individual notifications.
