二、新生预注册米兰理工大学学籍需使用本人护照。请尚未办理护照的学生于开学前完成护照办理；请已有护照的学生确认本人护照的有效期限，若护照已过期，或临近有效期限，请于开学前完成护照换发。
护照办理及换发流程请向所在地的出入境管理部门咨询。若护照办理过程中有关部门要求学院提供办理护照的相关证明材料，请电话联系029-88960095或发邮件至yasongyang@xjtu.edu.cn咨询。
三、体检时间：
8 月 19 日 9:00-12:00 (严格执行小时预约制）
地点: 创新港 20 号楼(泓德楼) 一层创新港门诊部
四、假期学习建议：
为了更好地适应大一年级课程学习、提升个人综合能力，建议同学们利用好假期空余时间自我充电，培养自主学习意识、维持良好学习习惯。
①英语学习提升：可扫下方二维码加入学院英语学习QQ群879960572，学院将组织相关英语学习介绍和经验分享。
②绘画基础提升：有条件的同学可进行素描、速写、水粉、油画等短期培训和学习，对构图、光影、色彩等有个基本认识。
