Mauro Mancini is full professor of Project and Program Management at the Department of Management, Economics and Industrial Engineering at Politecnico di Milano, he is Associate Dean for Corporate Education of the POLIMI Graduate School of Management of the Politecnico di Milano and Director of an international Master in Project Management and other Master programs. Author of more than 100 international publications in Project Management, Industrial Plants Management, Project Management, Building Information Modelling and Megaprojects, he is involved in national and international research and consultant projects in multiple industrial sectors.
