各位同学：
根据米兰理工大学学籍注册管理相关规定，我院学生需自行在米兰理工大学网站上完成预注册流程，以获得米兰理工大学学籍。自2022年9月起，学院就完成米兰理工大学学籍预注册事宜进行了多次通知，截至目前仍有部分同学未完成全部注册流程。经与米兰理工大学沟通，现将原定的截止日期2月28日延长至4月20日，请各位同学尽快完成预注册。因个人原因未按期完成预注册的同学，将影响米兰理工大学学籍注册及线上资源学习，望周知。
附件为根据米兰理工大学反馈整理的仍存在问题的学生名单，请查看自己目前需完善的注册流程并及时按要求完成相应步骤。
存在诸如系统无法保存、已完成某流程但仍出现在名单中、目前仍未收到新办理的护照等情况，或有其他疑问，请及时联系学院教学事务中心。

Dear Students,
Hope you are doing well.
In accordance with the Registration Guide of Politecnico di Milano, Joint School students should pre-register on Polimi’s website to be eligible for student status. We have been notifying students on this issue repeatedly since September 2022 but some students have not yet gone through the entire pre-registration process up to today. The due date is extended from 28th February to 20th April after discussing with the staff with Polimi. Please complete the pre-registration process ASAP. Please note that students who do not complete their pre-registration on time for personal reasons may have their registration with Polimi and access to online resources affected.
Enclosed please find a list of students who still have issues with the registration process. We compiled the list based on the feedback from Polimi. Please check the details and complete the registration steps as required ASAP.
In cases such as failure to save in the system, being listed despite your registration process being completed, passports not yet collected, and/or any other queries, please contact Joint School’s Academic Support Office.
